Lead DBA & Data Architecture Strategist

Vanguard is seeking a Lead Technical Database Administrator to provide expert DBA services for critical business applications across various database platforms. This role focuses on physical database design, performance optimization, and overseeing data migration while training and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of relevant experience and a strong background in both cloud and on-prem databases.
