Sales Consultant

About This Role Do you have a flair for design? A passion for people? This is a sales position helping to match the perfect flooring to local customers. The position requires interacting and helping customers where the objective is always to provide flooring advice that will make the customers' buying decision easier and more enjoyable. What You'll Do Greet customers in the showroom and determine their wants and needs Project manage the jobs from the time the customer enters the showroom until installation and beyond. Build client relationships Execute targeted sales strategies Write sales orders and receive payment Follow up in a timely and professional manner with all customers on requests and/or concerns Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean Requirements A people person, and able to provide outstanding customer service. Willing to undergo product and sales training in order to become certified flooring and design expert. Well-organized. Able to work efficiently with teammates in all departments and locations Open and flexible work availability during our showroom hours Nice To Haves If you have experience in flooring or home design - excellent! If not, no problem, we provide on site training with our comprehensive training program that will have you ready for certification in 6 weeks or less!
