We are seeking a motivated  Media Sales Representative  to join our growing media sales team at Carpenter Media Group. This role will focus on selling digital and print advertising solutions to businesses across a territory stretching across  Southwest Mississippi . This position offers flexibility, with the ability to  work remotely part of the time , while actively building relationships and driving revenue within the assigned region.

What Youll Do:

• Sell digital and print advertising products, including newspaper, magazine, social, and other marketing solutions

• Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local and regional businesses

• Create customized marketing solutions that help clients grow their brands and reach customers

• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and consultative selling

• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and product offerings

What Were Looking For:

• Prior experience in  media advertising sales or related media sales

• A strong desire to sell, compete, and succeed in a commission-driven environment

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of local markets in South Mississippi and Southeast Louisiana is a plus
