Trulieve is seeking a full-time Dispensary Associate to join their team, offering a salary of $14.50 per hour plus tips.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least some experience in retail or customer service.

The role involves educating customers about cannabis products and ensuring they receive compassionate care while adhering to state regulations.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Flexible hours are required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the position may involve working up to 40 hours per week.

Trulieve strives to bring relief to patients in need through trusted products. Their specially trained staff works with physicians to provide the right products and dosages to ensure compassionate care.

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects.

The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer's purchase per state regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients, assisting managers with returns, preparing and processing patient orders, following company policies, maintaining a clean workstation, and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Additional responsibilities may include fulfilling the role of a delivery associate or online support, requiring a valid driver's license and clear driving record, and processing online orders within a 2-hour timeframe.

Skills and qualifications include a high-school diploma or equivalent, experience in retail or customer service, prior cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and the ability to pass a comprehensive background record check.

Physical requirements include the ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, operate computing devices, manipulate objects up to 50lbs, lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs, ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps, position self and/or objects at floor level, and remain in a seated position occasionally.
