We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join a team in Newport News, VA, 23603. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
