Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Orthopedic unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Med/Surg clinical background required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an orthopedic or Med/Surg Ortho setting
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
