Pay: $100,000 base salary | $140,000+ earning potential
Pay Schedule: Weekly

If you're an experienced Service Advisor who can sell but also understands that exceptional customer service is what builds a great shop, Bavarian Motor Repairs wants to meet you.

We're looking for more than someone who can write repair orders. We need a confident Service Advisor / Keyholder who can become a trusted right-hand person in the day-to-day operation of the shop. You'll open the doors, take ownership of the customer experience, keep the day moving, communicate with the team, and help drive the business forward.

This is a high-responsibility opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and wants to earn $100,000 base with $140,000+ earning potential as our compensation structure develops.

What You'll Do

As our Service Advisor / Keyholder, you'll have significant responsibility for the daily customer experience and flow of the shop.

You'll be expected to:

• Open the shop and ensure the day starts smoothly
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Convert inbound calls into scheduled appointments
• Greet customers and manage vehicle check-in
• Help dispatch vehicles to technicians
• Communicate repair status and updates to customers
• Present recommended repairs and sell needed work
• Communicate with customers by phone and text
• Present digital vehicle inspection findings
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate effectively with technicians and leadership
• Handle multiple priorities while keeping the operation organized
• Make confident decisions and take accountability for outcomes
• Help maintain a consistently high level of customer service
• Assist with the day-to-day leadership and operation of the shop
• Open and close the facility as a trusted keyholder

Who We're Looking For

This position requires someone who can balance sales, customer service, leadership, communication, and operational responsibility.

The ideal candidate has:

• Significant professional sales and customer-service experience
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proven experience selling higher-dollar products or services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Confidence handling difficult conversations and making decisions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with both leadership and team members
• Comfort working in a highly digital environment
• Strong computer and typing skills; approximately 50 WPM preferred
• Ability to learn and follow established systems and processes
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and improve

Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred but not strictly required . Candidates from high-level hospitality, luxury service, management, or other customer-focused industries may be considered if they have the communication skills, sales ability, maturity, and leadership presence we're looking for.

This Is Not a Typical Service Advisor Position
