Title Dental assistant Job Description Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and surgeries (temporary crowns, able to assist with surgical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and impressions (as needed) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care Maintain patient comfort and excellent chairside manners Manage inventory and keep clinical areas clean and organized Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Salary Range full-time $25 - $38 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education.
