MRI Technologist

American Health Imaging is seeking a registered PRN MRI Technologist for our Johns Creek, GA location. This is a PRN position with shifts available from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Flexibility to provide coverage at nearby American Health Imaging locations, as needed.

Summary – The purpose of this position is to perform high quality MRI studies while providing excellent customer service and customer care to patients in a fast paced, friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Advanced registry in MRI
• Experience working in a MRI Technologist position
• Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of anatomy
• CPR Certification is required
• IV Skills required

Physical Demands of the Position

• Lifting/moving patients, positioning the patients
• Assisting patients on and off table and into a wheelchair, when required
• Sitting 50% of shift, standing 10% of shift and walking 40% of shift
