About the Role:

THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKEND SHIFTS.

The Self-Service Retail Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of self-service retail environments. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. The supervisor will implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize the self-service process. Additionally, they will analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements and increase efficiency. Ultimately, the goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience that meets the needs of all customers while achieving business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or similar position.
• Familiarity with recycled automotive parts or self-service salvage yard environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with managing to key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train staff on sales protocols and customer service best practices.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
