Description:
Join a rapidly expanding Level III NICU team providing the highest level of neonatal care.
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume environment.
Work in a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and pediatricians.
Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to medically complex newborns.
Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making for NICU patients.
Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management.
Engage in a supportive, well-established practice with strong community integration.
Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs.
Work 24-hour NICU shifts, with flexibility included.
