Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition post-surgery. Administer medications and provide interventions as needed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care. Document all aspects of patient care and communicate effectively with team members. Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
