What You'll Do

• Provide patient care activities in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units
• Assist with ventilation management and respiratory therapy treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Train RT personnel in critical care procedures
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
• Ensure compliance with safety and health protocols
• Support the supervision of respiratory therapy staff as needed

What You Need

• Current valid Respiratory Therapist license in good standing
• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification preferred
• Prior experience in adult, pediatric, or neonatal critical care settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

• Experience in critical care units, neonatal resuscitation, or advanced respiratory therapy techniques
