Youth Development Leader

BGCGKC is seeking a Youth Development Professional in Kansas City to plan, implement, supervise and evaluate activities within the Club. The role reports to the Program Director and is non-exempt under the Operations department. You will create engaging activities, mentor youth, ensure safety and high attendance, prepare lesson plans, and participate in staff development. Daily responsibilities include closing the program area and maintaining clear communications with staff and members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
