As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you will engage with a diverse range of patients, each with unique ages and diagnoses, tailored to the specialties of our clinics. Our treatment sessions are designed to be personalized, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists for three accessible locations in the Shenandoah Valley—Harrisonburg and Staunton, VA. These positions are full-time outpatient orthopedic roles that offer genuine mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team culture that promotes retention.

• Staunton, VA - 1561 Commerce Rd.

Salary Range: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually

Qualifications We Seek:

• Current or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
