A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.Job responsibilities includeBe responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of several automated production machines or equipment that perform one or more function in glass.Maintain and observe operation of machines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality glass.Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment in a safe and efficient manner and make repairs as needed.Perform preventative maintenance tasks in order to increase equipment run time between failures.Assist management in root cause analysis when failures occur.What We Are Looking ForMust have experienced skills and knowledge with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery both electrical and mechanical.Experience with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLC's/Driver and motors.Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systemsTraining: 1 month of training 9am-5:30pm Monday-FridayScheduled Shift After Training: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am Monday-FridayWhat OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed
