What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Entry Specialist , you'll play an important role in keeping the company's information accurate, organized, and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy
• Review and verify data entries by cross-referencing source documents
• Identify and correct discrepancies to ensure accurate records
• Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and auditing purposes
• Support the team by ensuring important dispatch and business information is entered accurately and efficiently


What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of accuracy.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong typing and 10-key proficiency
Previous data entry experience is strongly preferred
Warehouse or dispatch experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently
A dependable work ethic and positive attitude
A desire to find a long-term opportunity and grow with the company
