What You’ll Do Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Outbound calling to prospects and current clients is a major part of this role—90% of our sales happen on the phone! Manage Client Communications: You’ll handle emails, client inquiries, underwriting coordination, and follow-ups to ensure top‑tier service. Plan & Execute Community Events: Work closely with the agent to organize events that engage the community and build brand awareness. Enhance Social Media Presence: Manage content, posts, and engagement to increase exposure and attract new business. Optimize Business Processes: Work with the agent to refine sales systems, customer experience strategies, and team training processes.
