XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk!

Location: North Las Vegas ,89115

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $18.01 Hourly

**WEEKLY PAY**

Position Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound logistics at the site level, ensuring accurate tracking, scheduling, and system updates. This role supports efficient warehouse operations and communication between internal teams and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound/outbound truck schedules

- Update ZeroPoint with 100% accuracy daily

- Track arrival/departure times and delays

- Enforce scheduling rules (no appointment = no unload)

- Verify BOL, pallet count, and material type

- Communicate with warehouse, logistics, and carriers

- Escalate issues such as delays, no-shows, discrepancies

KPIs

- Schedule adherence

- ZP accuracy

- On-time performance

- Load tracking accuracy

- Reduction in detention and TONU

Qualifications

Required:

- 1–3 years logistics/warehouse experience

- Strong attention to detail

- Basic computer skills Preferred:

- Experience with WMS/TMS systems

- Truck scheduling adherence experience
