Parts Coordinator

Job Overview Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support plant maintenance in the ordering and receiving of all parts for production and building maintenance. The role focuses on sourcing cost‑effective replacement parts, establishing vendor relationships, providing cost analysis, and tracking all expenses to the P&L to support the plant’s maintenance efforts. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Order a variety of manufacturing parts for a 38M case facility, including equipment such as blow molders, self‑manufacturing machines and high‑speed fillers. Monitor and track orders for accuracy, completeness and delivery status. Leverage vendors for pricing, cost reductions and supply chain solutions. Maintain detailed reports on expenditures and contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives. Work a 2‑2‑3 schedule (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.). Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (one or more years of experience). Experience with CRM systems. Knowledge of SAP and CMS is a plus.
