Security & Compliance Analyst

To support a growing security and compliance program, the full-time remote Security & Compliance Analyst will assist in operating and strengthening the compliance framework, manage SOC 2 audit evidence, and respond to customer inquiries while learning from senior teammates. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound support and help-desk questions, escalating complex issues to senior teammates Gather and organize evidence for the annual SOC 2 audit and maintain the evidence repository Complete first-draft responses to security questionnaires and triage Data Processing Agreement requests Required Qualifications Foundational understanding of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST Comfort with GRC tooling and endpoint/security dashboards (e.g., CrowdStrike) Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to execute well-defined tasks reliably and seek help when needed Genuine interest in security, compliance, and building customer trust #J-18808-Ljbffr
