• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program is mandatory.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology.
• Fellowship training is appreciated but not required.
• Possession of a Wisconsin medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong patient-centered approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a supportive team player attitude.
