Machine Operator/Blender Technician – 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking detail-oriented Machine / Blender Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will support the preparation and blending of metals and other non-hazardous materials used in specialized manufacturing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with small components, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Blend metals and non-hazardous materials according to established procedures and specifications
• Clean and prepare small precision parts for processing and assembly
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small parts
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
• Must be available to complete 2–3 weeks of training on 1st shift
