Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families, utilizing standardized measures and observational techniques.

• Collaborate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring approaches based on each family's unique situation and requirements.

• Regularly monitor outcomes and progress as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective coordination of services for children and families.

• Provide direct support to families by offering information, resources, and skills that promote their child’s development and overall well-being.

• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to facilitate learning and skill acquisition within the family’s routine.

• Engage with families and community partners to assure adherence to all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the integrity of services provided.

• Foster supportive relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a safe and healthy learning environment.

• Evaluate and adapt therapeutic approaches based on family feedback and ongoing monitoring of child development milestones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children aged 0-3 years who have developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW will work closely with families to navigate early intervention services, ensuring that each child receives the individualized support necessary for optimal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
