Job Description Campaign Development & Execution Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions. Manage SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing), and paid media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) campaigns with a focus on ROI. Collaborate with content creators and designers to build compelling ad creatives and landing pages. SEO & Content Strategy Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings. Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web content are published regularly. Monitor and optimize backlink strategies and domain authority. Analytics & Performance Optimization Track and report key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Perform A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to drive continual improvement. Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and other KPIs to ensure maximum ROI. Marketing Automation & Tools Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo) for nurturing and lead scoring. Integrate digital marketing efforts with email campaigns and lead management workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Collaborate on messaging, targeting, and audience segmentation to reach the right customer profiles.
