Key Responsibilities Knowledge Attend and complete all compulsory training sessions within the allocated time Create delicious food according to the Beatnic standards in an efficient and safe environment Always follow the production sheets as per the store training manual and reference table provided Maintain the equipment and machinery to Beatnic standards View the store from guest perspective and clean as you go Ensure sufficient stock of all food, drinks, packaging and utensils at all times Service Provide speedy, efficient, professional and knowledgeable level of service at all times. Personality is KEY! Ensure stock rotation and follow 'FIFO' Be hands on and present at all times during service Serve guests efficiently, politely and always with purpose.
