Bilingual Public Aid Eligibility Assistant

State of Illinois

State of Illinois is seeking a Public Aid Eligibility Assistant in the Englewood FCRC Office. Under direct supervision, you will screen and register applications, sort incoming documents, maintain office supplies, and provide receptionist support for staff. You will translate procedures into Spanish for individuals who cannot speak or read English and enter information into the eligibility systems. This is a salaried role with a hybrid schedule; hours are Mon-Fri, and headquarters reporting may #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Illinois
