We are looking for a compassionate and service-oriented Customer Care Specialist to provide responsive assistance to customers.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, answering questions, resolving routine concerns, and making sure customers feel supported throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer questions and requests
- Provide courteous and professional assistance
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information
- Research solutions to customer inquiries
- Assist with reservation and service-related questions
- Coordinate with providers when necessary
- Help resolve routine customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide timely follow-up
- Communicate updates and important information
- Deliver consistent and professional customer care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Patient and professional
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using online communication platforms
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to learn new systems
- Previous customer-service experience is helpful but not required
