Clinic Manager

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals at the Osceola Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic in Osceola, Missouri - someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.


Position Details

• Status: Full-time
• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What Your Day Looks Like: Staff at the Osceola Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community setting. The clinic provides providers and care teams with the opportunity to practice comprehensive family medicine in an environment that values strong patient relationships, clinical excellence, and community impact.

As a Clinic Manager, you will be:

• Implementing administrative directives and supporting compliance of clinic policies and procedures
• Monitoring staffing levels based on clinic workload and managing schedules to meet operational needs
• Investigating and assisting in the resolution of patient concerns/grievances
• Processing collections of deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating third-party payer for current visits and outstanding bills at the time of service

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary education in business or health-related field
• Experience: At least 3 years of healthcare experience required; prior management experience preferred
• Skills: Management, communication, teamwork, customer service
• Licensure/Certification: A current RN, LPN, or MA license is preferred. Consideration will be given to those without a license who have prior experience in a healthcare setting. Must be willing to learn to perform clinical duties to support clinic operations
• Physical: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
