Overview: The Senior Implementation Manager leads client product implementations. This position will support Customer Success, Product and Technology teams to prepare client ready materials and implementation timelines across multiple products for both new and existing clients. Management of the client relationships, project timelines and implementation deliverables across multiple simultaneous implementations and will effectively engage and drive internal partner teams to deliver on time, high-quality product implementation results. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage project plans, implementation schedules, and project governance processes for multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for new client implementations, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and ensuring readiness for successful product adoption. Lead the implementation of newly contracted products and services for existing clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer expectations. Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables to ensure all internal and client commitments are completed on schedule. Develop, maintain, and regularly review detailed project plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability, transparency, and project success. Proactively identify, assess, and elevate implementation risks and dependencies, coordinating mitigation efforts to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved. Manage the change control process, including the documentation, communication, and approval of scope modifications and enhancements outside the original project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and track system configurations, data integrations, file specifications, submission processes, reporting requirements, and service level agreement (SLA) deliverables. Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with client partners and internal stakeholders to support successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction. Lead and facilitate internal and client-facing project status meetings, providing clear communication on project progress, milestones, risks, and action items. Partner effectively across business functions to achieve departmental and organizational objectives and ensure the successful execution of implementation initiatives. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and implementation methodologies, develop improvement strategies, and lead the successful execution of process enhancement initiatives. Analyze implementation processes and project outcomes and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Maintain compliance with ComplexCare Solutions (CCS)’s policies, procedures and mission statement. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CCS’ Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position. Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a production or implementation environment. Experience leading a team or implementation projects. An acute understanding of both business and technical aspects of project management. Ability to understand the Company’s products and process, regulatory and competitive environments. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio. SharePoint experience is desirable. Strong business and process analytical skills (i.e., process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.). Proven problem solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability, autonomy and excellent follow-up skills. Excellent and pro-active verbal and written communication, with proven ability to communicate and present at the management level and to internal teams. Ability to use effective listening and negotiation skills. Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts, plan work and execute projects in a fast paced environment. Ability to work consultatively to identify and implement process and technology improvements in conjunction with peers. Proven ability to implement new solutions end to end, including Strategy, Planning, Execution/Implementation and transition. Travel for this position will be approximately 25%. Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required in a management, healthcare, or related field.
