Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate actively with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care

Guide Patients and Family Members: Equip patients and their support systems with knowledge about therapy protocols for continued improvement

Evaluate Progress and Document Changes: Monitor patients' outcomes and refine treatment methodologies as necessary to ensure effective progress

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continuing education or postgraduate certifications supported and encouraged

Valid Certified Occupational Therapist (COTR) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
