Machine Operator - Night Shift

SHIFT OPTIONS

Front Half Day: 5am-5pm, Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday Back Half Day: 5am-5pm, Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday Front Half Night: 5pm-5am, Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday Back Half Night: 5pm-5am, Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate and monitor automated robotic storage and retrieval systems Perform pre-production equipment checks and system inspections Troubleshoot system stoppages using Human/Machine Interface (HMI) terminals Conduct robot recovery and maintenance (replacing wheels, cleaning sensors, etc.) Process and monitor product flow to maximize throughput Communicate with maintenance teams and leadership on system issues Perform preventative maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with mechanical/automated systems (1+ year preferred) Warehouse, machine operator, or manufacturing background Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in fast-paced environments Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently Strong communication skills and team player mentality Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move items up to 80 lbs Stand/walk for 10-12 hour shifts Work at heights up to 45 feet with proper safety equipment Work in temperatures ranging from 32°F to 105°F Climb stairs and work in restrictive spaces (24 inches)
