The Position: The Physician Recruitment Consultant at St. John Associates supports both employers and physician candidates in the national healthcare market. By serving as a liaison between the two, the Physician Recruitment Consultant successfully fills the needs of the employers by advising employers on their physician search strategies and securing quality physician candidates. The Physician Recruiter Consultant position is a high-energy, competitive, and highly interactive consultative sales recruiting role.

Consider these necessary skills to be successful and earn a lucrative salary as a Physician Recruiting Consultant:

· Sales experience in sales of professional services: inside or outside sales, B2B sales or cold calling.

· Positive attitude and a strong competitive drive.

· Professionalism and a confident communication style to communicate with highly-educated healthcare executives and physicians. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

· Very comfortable working online and in a database, Microsoft Word and Outlook.

· Detail orientation, organizational skills, and a customer service focus.

· 4-year college degree or equivalent life experience.
