Front of House Manager The Front of House Manager will oversee and coordinate planning, training, and leadership initiatives necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, food quality, employee retention, guest service, and satisfaction. The manager drives accountability and ensures adherence to all policies, procedures, and performance standards for the restaurant. Experience required. Age: 21 and up Bartender A bartender’s primary responsibility is to provide friendly, responsive service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Age: 16 and up Prep Cook The prep cook chops, washes, and prepares vegetables; cuts or slices meats; weighs, mixes, and portions food products; and receives and organizes deliveries. Age: 16 and up Line Cook The line cook accurately and timely prepares, cooks, plates, and presents all dishes. Age: 16 and up Pizza Cook The pizza cook prepares, cooks, plates, and presents all dishes from the pizza station and maintains a safe, clean work area.
