Senior Executive Assistant to the President Join North Idaho College as the Senior Executive Assistant to the President and play a pivotal role at the heart of the institution. Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars. Coordinate Board of Trustees meetings and communications. Prepare reports and executive correspondence. Maintain official records. Support strategic projects. Oversee office operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication, organize events, and support governance processes. Provide critical information that informs executive decision‑making. Qualifications Highly organized professional with exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Talent for building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Diplomatic, resourceful, and customer‑focused. Ability to navigate sensitive situations while maintaining strict confidentiality. Professionalism and integrity in representing the President’s Office. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of full‑time equivalent progressive administrative support experience, including experience supporting an executive, senior leader, or governing board. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for the educational requirement. Required License and/or Certifications Valid driver's license required.
