Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Logan, UT. This individual oversees complex programs from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing timelines and milestones, tracking risks and issues, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager prepares and presents status reports, maintains program documentation, supports contract and compliance requirements, and facilitates communication across engineering, scientific, and business functions. This role also involves aligning program objectives with organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving processes to support successful mission outcomes. Qualifications Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource coordination. Stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and present concise status updates. Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure programs meet cost and performance objectives. Familiarity with technical environments (e.g., engineering or scientific programs) and the ability to translate technical information into clear action plans. Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing program needs.
