Responsibilities Utilize a customer‑centric, needs‑based approach to educate clients on insurance options and solutions. Develop and refine the skills required to successfully manage and operate a business. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to effectively promote suitable products and services. Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve targeted marketing objectives. Qualifications In‑person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio. Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening. Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships. Effective team player with leadership capabilities. Thrives in a fast‑paced work environment. Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License. Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License. Compensation Base pay $40,000 - $60,000. Uncapped commission structure.
