Impactful Community Justice Case Manager (LEAD)

Evergreen Treatment Services seeks a Community Justice (L.E.A.D.) Case Manager in Seattle's Belltown area. You will provide outreach and intensive case management for individuals affected by low-level offenses, coordinating with LEAD partners and housing providers to support stability and access to services.
