Bilingual Account Executive in training (Career Placement)

Our Account Executive, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and empathy. Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of activity to promote office growth
• Generate sales leads for current customers and referrals
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Experience in customer service
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening/note taking
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Low average first year income for a brand-new unlicensed rep is from $39,000 - $69,000. We have seen many exceed that and most fall in the range from $52,000-$85,000. This is performance based!
