PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Outlook. Strong computer skills and familiarity with project management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with vendors and team members. Schedule 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Responsibilities Interpret and understand project plans and specifications. Gather submittal data and shop drawings from subcontractors. Review subcontractor submittals to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow through to final acceptance. Utilize software such as Procore to input and track submittals and RFIs. Obtain and review subcontractor/vendor quotes. Create subcontracts for Project Manager review. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in scheduling, tracking, issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting.
