We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experienceBonus potentialHealth insurance package401KPaid vacationCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceDuties & Responsibilities:Lead and oversee multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from pre-construction to completionDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecastsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignmentReview project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracyManage project teams, including field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project executionIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing project challengesOversee the preparation and processing of RFIs, change orders, and submittalsConduct regular project meetings, providing progress updates and addressing concernsSupport business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationshipsProvide mentorship and leadership to junior project managers and field teamsQualifications:7+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractorProven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project schedulingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contractsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStable work historyProficiency with project management software is a plusYour resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.
