About the Role:

The Pool Server provides exceptional quality and service to Pool guests. In this role, you will be tasked with accommodating guests' needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as all pool amenities and services.

What You Will Do:

• Retrieve, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons outlet of operation.
• Set up, relocate and maintain all pool deck equipment.
• Upon greeting, ascertain guest/resident/apartment guest name, room number, time of arrival and chaise/table number and record on the daily log sheet. Assist guests and residents in seating, offering towels, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service; offer cold towels, water mists and glasses of water.
• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in cleaning the pool, Jacuzzi, deck and tiles.

What You Bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and cocktails
• Six months food and beverage experience in luxury setting preferred.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position
• Flexible schedule expected as shifts could include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
