Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Mishicot, WI . This is a full-time, school-based position covering a leave of absence from September 2026 through January 6, 2027 , with the strong possibility of extension if the current SLP does not return.

This role offers a manageable elementary-only caseload , a single school site, and a collaborative educational environment. The district is conducting quick interviews this week , making this an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a fast hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct speech and language assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Address communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcome to apply
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
