QA LeadWe are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a strong background in software quality assurance and testing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, leveraging their expertise in various testing methodologies and tools.Required Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing3 years of experience leading QA teams in enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in Test Planning & Test Strategy, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience with client technology stack including DevOps, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, and SQL ServerStrong knowledge of test automation frameworks and experience using Selenium, Playwright, Leapwork, Test Plans, Postman, and REST API TestingExperience with CI/CD and DevOps testing practicesStrong SQL and data validation skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectorExperience with Quality Management for DeliveryAdditional certifications in quality assurance or testingDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and manage QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutionsDevelop and implement test strategies and plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of software componentsCompany Benefits & CultureComprehensive health benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentInclusive and dynamic work environment
