Position Description

• Work Dates Needed: July 6 - Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: M-F plus share in call
• Worksite Setting: Hospital based, independent
• Scope of Work: General, Ortho, ENDO, Eyes, OB/GYN, Uro, ENT, Podiatry
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MN License, NBCRNA, Life Supports, DEA
• EMR: EPIC

Dates:

• July 6 start date at 6am- ongoing x2 weekly
• July 13-19, July 20-26, July 27-31 x2, Aug 1-2, Aug 3-7, Aug 10-16, Aug 17-21 x2, Aug 22-23, Aug 24-28 x2, Aug 31- Sept 4 x2, Sept 7-11 x2, Sept 12-13, Sept 14-18 x2, Sept 19-20, Sept 21-26 x3, Sept 26-27, Sept 28-Oct 2, Oct 5-9 x2, Oct 10-11, Oct 12-16 x2- ongoing 2 weekly occasional weekends

• All CRNA practice.
• Independent.
• General, Ortho, ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry.
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient.
• TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, and IV blocks.
• 2 providers/day.
• 3 ORs / 1 Endo room / 1 IR room.
• EPIC.

Scheduling:

• 7a-3p/Call Hours: 3p-7a.
• Call every 3rd night and 4th weekend.
• 30 mins response time.
