You will be a visible leader on the floor, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations, data-driven decision-making, and proactive problem-solving. With consistent growth, new facility expansion, and the transition into a public company, they are seeking an Operations leader who can deliver operational excellence today while preparing for the future. On offer is a role where you will take ownership of operational KPIs, drive Lean and 5S initiatives, improve throughput and yield, and implement cross-site best practices, with a clear pathway in place to step up into Operations Director. This role would suit an Operations professional who is hands-on, data-driven, collaborative, and motivated to develop into a senior leadership role with genuine authority and impact.
