Behavioral Framework is opening a brand new clinic in Sterling, VA and we are hiring a BCBA Clinic Director to lead the team from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a new clinic, mentor BCBAs, and shape clinical excellence in a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Your Role:

As the Clinic Director, you will lead clinical operations and mentor the ABA team.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians

Ensure high-quality implementation of ABA treatment plans

Conduct clinical observations and data reviews

Provide coaching, feedback, and clinical training to staff

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and BACB ethics

Collaborate with leadership to ensure clinic success and strong outcomes for clients

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing

5+ years clinical ABA experience

2+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Experience supervising clinicians and supporting clinical development

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and BACB ethical guidelines

Comfortable using ABA technology platforms and clinical data systems

Work Environment, Physical Conditions:

Full-time, on-site leadership role at the clinic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work 40+ hours per week.

Ability to work cooperatively with others.

Physical activities include standing, sitting,walking, bending, kneeling for long periods of time

Must be able to reach, pull, and push.

Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
