On the job:

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
• Responsible for setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items
• Accommodate customer requests promptly
• Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Know food safety processes and procedures
• Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Have the ability to work on your feet for long periods
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
