RN Nursing Supervisor – Overnight Shift Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center | Manchester, NH Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with nursing management or supervisory experience for a full-time, overnight Nursing Supervisor position. This role supervises nursing staff, monitors resident care, conducts clinical rounds, and provides clinical guidance during the overnight shift. Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or short-term rehabilitation is preferred. Schedule and Coverage Full-time, on-site position. Overnight shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. No regularly scheduled weekend shifts. Nursing on-call rotation: one week, Monday to Monday, every eight weeks, including the weekend within that rotation. Responsibilities Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), and Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants (LMNAs). Provide clinical guidance and monitor resident care throughout the overnight shift. Receive and provide shift reports with licensed nurses, LNAs, and LMNAs at the beginning and end of each shift. Conduct clinical rounds on the assigned unit several times during the shift. Recognize clinical emergencies, assess immediate needs, initiate appropriate interventions, and notify the appropriate nursing leadership according to facility procedures. Perform controlled substance counts at the beginning and end of each shift. Complete and sign the Narcotic Book and immediately report discrepancies according to facility procedures. Follow established policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of care. Maintain the confidentiality of resident information. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. Nursing management or supervisory experience, including overseeing nursing staff and providing clinical guidance. Ability to maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment. Availability for full-time, on-site overnight work in Manchester, NH, and participation in the required on-call rotation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, or a nursing home. Leadership experience supervising nurses, LNAs, or LMNAs. Experience conducting clinical rounds, monitoring resident care, coordinating shift reports, and responding to changes in residents’ conditions.
