Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' individual strengths, needs, and mental health history.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating therapeutic techniques suited to their needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to effectively support client engagement and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of client health and wellness are addressed.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, helping them access community resources and additional services that may support their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a relevant capacity.

• Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in a detox setting or with individuals experiencing substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar frameworks.

• Proven record of successfully advocating for clients and navigating community resources.
